Cordae Drops off His New EP, "Just Until...."

It'll be two years in July since Cordae released his debut LP, The Lost Boy. Featuring Ty Dolla Sign, Pusha T, Anderson .Paak, and more, "The Lost Boy" was regarded as one of the best albums of 2019, securing two Grammy nominations for Best Rap Album and Best Rap Song for the single Bad Idea. This album let the world know Cordae was ready to be the next top, up-and-coming rapper. Since then, Cordae has stayed relatively quiet, only dropping two singles in 2020: The Gifted featuring Roddy Ricch and The Parables.
This past Wednesday, as a gift to fans, Cordae dropped off a new EP, Just Until..... The 4-track project, featuring Q-Tip and Young thug, serves as Cordae's way of holding us down until his forthcoming sophomore album releases. "Album is almost done, but here’s something Just Until....", Cordae said in his release of the project. In the final line of the outro record, Thornton Street, Cordae lets us know that the name of the forthcoming project will be A Bird’s Eye View. For an EP of 4 "throwaway" songs, Cordae went 4 for 4; there isn't one miss on this project. Based on that, I'm excited to see what he gives us on "A Bird's Eye View".
